I’m also 17 and I was thinking exactly the same as you, but I started taekwondo a few days ago and honestly it’s awesome, you’re never too old to learn don’t be shy! Nobody was born knowing taekwondo 😛

Of course not mate, if you’re dedicated and have talent, you can learn any martial art. And if you dont have talent, you need resolve.

  • By MrPyroHam, January 18, 2013 @ 1:00 am

I have a question might be stupid but still. Im 17 is it too late for me to start and learn martial arts?

  • By einherjen, January 18, 2013 @ 1:50 am

Should this replace one or two normal legtraining days weekly? Or else i would be overtraining, dont you think? I like to do fullbody workouts 3 times a week.

Hi! thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about jumping course called Nobolaron Manual (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you tried using Nobolaron Manual? I’ve heard some awesome things about it and my cousin finally increase his jumping ability by using it, but he refuses to tell me 🙁

Hello there, have you tried “Musclegends” (look on Google)? There you can watch a useful free video featuring the right way to grow notable muscle mass quickly. It made it possible for Devan to break through his bodybuilding plateau and therefore build up chiseled muscle with no fat super fast. Hopefully it helps you too.
