the bald guy seems to have some flexibility despite his weight 😀

  • By asian714cali, June 22, 2011 @ 10:32 pm

one of the fuking reason why eurpoean and westener cant make martial arts like asian do is because they believe it all in “the muscle” and they dont have the creativity or the mind set for it…also i doubt they would want to make any martial arts like shaolin kung fu which imitate an animal because of “looks” and also we asian are use to war and technique and training and using our brain over using muscle to make martial arts or fight

  • By Noutajaa, June 23, 2011 @ 2:45 am

@Coerced Spinning back kick is the most devastating, but it’s true what u say. but spinning back kick is so powerful that if u kick right u can break ribs

  • By kapampanganpride, June 23, 2011 @ 3:25 am

@peacemaker248 and he said it’s all muscle, americans are dumb and they think they know better, never argue with your master, when he said lose weight just do it coz he wouldn’t say that if its not necessarry,

  • By markeeeey69, June 23, 2011 @ 5:12 am

@Coerced yeah i guess that is true, how about we teach them both of them kicks haha

  • By skilzo, June 23, 2011 @ 6:10 am

Ive seen some brutal spinning back kick in profesonal mma. Seems u just target the whole mid section and wherever it lands knocks the wind right out of u.
But they dont go throwin them willy nilly

  • By salg500, June 23, 2011 @ 6:19 am

    @peacemaker248
    “Very Nice…..”
    (Actually thinking) fatass…. -_-
    XD

  • By Coerced, June 23, 2011 @ 6:36 am

@Coerced Although ofc a spinning back kick to the chin should be an obvious knockout too.
Anyways, the axe kick isn’t quite the kick you want to learn if u have to choose one to use vs a TKD fighter. You need a near perfect technique to make it effective, and obviously these dudes could never learn that in a couple of days.

  • By Coerced, June 23, 2011 @ 7:19 am

@markeeeey69 hmm spinning hook or spinning back kick, not sure which is more devastating. I could see why the back kick provides more force, but the hook kick usually strikes more fragile areas and it’s easyer to sneak behind the opponent’s cover. At least that’s what I’ve been seeing.
Most people can take more hits to the stomach than to the temple.

  • By markeeeey69, June 23, 2011 @ 8:13 am

@Coerced the spinning back kick has been proven the most powerful in WTF taekwondo, they should be taught that

  • By MrMartin631, June 23, 2011 @ 8:50 am

did anyone else notice tht the guy did a judo throw

  • By GisSlicknSmooth, June 23, 2011 @ 9:47 am

@Coerced not really, i’ve seen people get knocked out by axe kicks. The only thing bad about the axe kick is that your opponent could catch your leg and throw you off balance. Yeah, back kick is probably the best.

  • By GisSlicknSmooth, June 23, 2011 @ 10:20 am

people may disrespect tkd, but try taking the training from a traditional master from Korea or who learned directly from someone from Korea…its harder than military training and push you to your limits ….try taking that for 6 + years without quitting.

I’d recommend getting your kids into Tkd early if you find one of these types of teachers… it’ll instill strong values at an early age

  • By rambohunt1, June 23, 2011 @ 11:10 am

NO SMOKER IN MY GYM BITCH!!! haha owned 😀

  • By Coerced, June 23, 2011 @ 11:35 am

Of all kicks he teaches them the axe kick… one of the weakest in TKD. Teach em the spinning hook kick if u gotta choose one – it’s probably the most powerful of all.

  • By lucci117, June 23, 2011 @ 12:18 pm
