i cant seem to get enough power to jump off to make the cross over

  • By Nathen Pierce, July 8, 2014 @ 6:52 pm

I can’t get my kicking leg to cross my other leg while in motion is there a
trick to doing that or will it just happen after practicing?

  • By Aoi Kuragari, July 8, 2014 @ 7:05 pm

Isn’t it really hard to land the kick on the opponent and not fall over? I
mean, this teaches you how to land but it doesn’t really teach you what to
do if it connects with the person’s shoulder or head. In that case, it
would require landing on the non kicking leg. I think.

Stretch as early as you can then late before dinner or something. You want
to focus and both side splits and front split stretches too. It is best to
stretch a little past your limits but if you start to feel serious pain
then stop. Yeah, it can be uncomfortable but you have to feel the stretch
in order to benefit from your stretching. I’m sure you can find some good
stretching tips from some youtube vids around.

if by 110 and 120, you mean pounds (lbs) then you should be fine, in
pounds, 86kg is almost 200. if you would like an example of the kick done
then you can find it on my channel 🙂

Thank u this was a great reference for my animation, especially with the
slow motion where I can figure out each frame. ^-^

  • By thaniel warner, July 9, 2014 @ 1:48 am

    it takes practice

  • By Vassy84, July 9, 2014 @ 2:21 am

Though flashy, is this practical in MMA fights? It requires both legs to
make the jump, but this slightly longer preparation is kinda obvious to the
eyes of any experienced fighter, unless his attention is diverted
beforehand with other tactics prior to the 540 Crescent.

  • By MuQLo NZ, July 9, 2014 @ 2:23 am

The parafuso is more like a tornado crescent kick, except both your legs
meet together halfway through the move.
